Native to Jeremie, a Province of Haiti, My Parents as well The Village Elders inculcated and instilled in me love for God , Nature, and The Earth and love for my country, and the value and conservation of natural resources. My Father Maitre Harry was a wise and compassionate Attorney has since joined the rank of Ancestors. My Mother is a Teacher talented who imparted educational knowledge to students a L Ecole Normale de Marfranc and Schools from the Town. They both played a pivotal role in my intellectual and physical and ethical - moral development and my Father in particular left an indelible mark in my heart. I am forever indebted to him. Moreover, i am indebted to All The Elders, and my Professors who have joined the rank of the Ancestors as well who inculcated knowledge and contributed to my intellectual . She imparted culinary knowledge to me as well as scientific knowledge, by teaching me how to dissect fish, chicken, and goat and naming their parts! What a fine practical demonstration of Applied Anatomy and Physiology lessons in application! She also taught me about planting and horticulture, Thank You So Marie!

This Blog is about more than creating recipes. It incorporates global, holistic, unprecedented methodology to analyze critically how to lead Haiti in the 21st Century, change paradigm if necessary. We will analyze and give exposure to our Indegenous Alkaline plants some of them have faded into oblivion. We will conduct research Utilization utilizing The Research Process then make recommendations and submit publications to our President to implement. Love for country and advancing Haiti, and rebuild a Brain infrastructure so the youth can be ready to play role in leadership and hence contribute to their countries. Brain Infrastructure is equivalent and tantamount to economic development of a country, and Nutrition plays an essential vital part and has a direct correlation with thinking abilities. We will also study mortality, morbidity in children , their growth and development and determine what foods will provide the best nutritional profile to ensure proper growth and brain cognitive abilities. We will analyze Maternal Health and my Sister who is an Expert in that Science will make appropriate recommendations based on findings. Those are indices and variables that scientists consider in order to determine The health of A Nation.
we will also analyze our Natural Resources and our Agricultural System , work with farmers to provide an impetus to grow Food Security Crops versus Cash Crops that primarily done for trading. We will review the current allocation of Resources . The Motto is "The Greatest Goods To The Greatest Number Of People" Le Plus Grand Bien Au Plus grand Nombre".
